Plastic Pelletizer Line

The pelletizing line is specially designed for washed PP flakes and strip materials. It is suitable for recycling waste PP woven bags, ton bags and other PP PE  plastic raw materials.

The whole line adopts the process of forced feeding, main extruder, screen changer, water cooling strand pelletizing.It features high automation, uniform plasticization, good pellet appearance and transparent color.

With low energy consumption, large output and stable operation, it is widely used in small and medium recycling factories.The finished pellets can be directly used for injection molding, blow molding and wire drawing processing.
